Role Summary:
We are seeking a Video Production Specialist to manage the production of high-quality video content, from setting up equipment and filming to editing and final delivery. The role involves operating cameras, managing lighting and sound equipment, and producing content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other productions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cameras and video production equipment for different productions
Set up and manage cameras, lighting, microphones, audio, and other production equipment
Handle framing, composition, camera movement, exposure, and sound recording
Edit short-form and long-form video content
Handle colour correction, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
Organise, manage, and maintain video files, equipment, and production assets
Collaborate with creative and business teams to execute production briefs
Ensure all video content meets the required quality and brand standards
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of experience in relevant field, video production, videography, or a similar role
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMust have completed NYSC
Strong camera operation and video production skills
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Good knowledge of lighting, sound recording, and production equipment
Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
Portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work
