Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team in a fast-growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, brand identity, and marketing campaigns.
The role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in videography, and the ability to produce engaging visual content that attracts potential clients and investors.


Key Responsibilities


Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms
Create compelling visual stories that highlight property features and company brand
Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and drones where applicable
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and content strategies
Edit and deliver professional video content within project timelines
Ensure consistency in visual quality and brand representation across all video materials


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Content Producer
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition
Experience creating marketing or promotional videos (real estate experience is an advantage)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
