Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Virtual Assistant (Sales) to support the Leadership Team in driving enrollment growth, partnership outreach, revenue opportunities, and structured follow-up systems.
This role goes beyond administrative support — it requires sales coordination, pipeline management, lead engagement, and conversion support at an executive level


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management


Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries (students, partners, institutions)
Track leads and maintain CRM or structured pipeline systems
Follow up with prospects to increase enrollment conversion rates
Support proposal preparation and partnership documentation


Executive Sales Support


Assist leadership with scheduling sales calls and partnership meetings
Prepare sales briefs, summaries, and performance reports
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Draft and manage professional email communications


Growth & Operations Support


Monitor enrollment targets and assist in performance tracking
Support outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, strategic partnerships)
Maintain organized documentation of sales activities
Coordinate communication between leadership and external stakeholders


Required Qualifications & Skills


Proven experience in sales support, business development, or lead management
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and conversion processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional discretion when handling executive-level communication
Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail


Preferred (But Not Mandatory)


Experience in education, edtech, or academic institutions
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email campaign tools
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or enrollment funnels
