Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Home Care, Home Health, Healthcare Coordination, or Healthcare Operations
RN, LPN, EMT, or equivalent healthcare certification
Advanced English communication skills
Experience working with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
Strong scheduling, multitasking, and customer service skills
Preferred:
Home Care Scheduling experience
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations
In this role, you'll coordinate care services, manage caregiver schedules, support patients and families, and contribute to a high-quality healthcare experience that makes a real difference every day.
