Volumetric Machine Operator / Batcher at Recore Limited

Responsibilities


The Batcher is required to ensure full compliance of the plant with safety standards, create daily customer orders in LOGON, and conduct regular VFL in the RMC plant and/or offices at least two per month to assess H&S compliance, with documented reports.
The Batcher will operate the plant computer system (BCMIX) in accordance with company quality procedures to produce ready-mixed concrete, conduct daily and monthly production closures on BCMIX, and supply concrete to the company's customers using daily dispatch sheets.
The role involves confirming daily orders with Sales Representatives and coordinating with customers on delivery frequency and timing, ensuring all concrete meets customers' requirements (volume and grade) before leaving the plant, carrying out daily plant checks (mixers, conveyors, etc.) and startup procedures, and notifying plant or quality personnel of any customer complaint or non-conformity for follow-up.
The Batcher will also perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Plant and Production Coordinator.
