ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of CENEC's programs in Kenya
Build partnerships with local CSOs, government, and communities
Manage project reports, M&E data, and ensure accountability
Represent CENEC at meetings and with stakeholders
Support proposal development and fundraising efforts
Ensure activities align with CENEC's mission and safeguarding policies
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field
Previous experience in program coordination/ management in the NGO sector
Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in WASH, environment, or community development preferred
Self-starter, adaptable, and based in Kenya
