Are you passionate about real estate, property law, and commercial transactions? A medium-sized law firm based along Ngong Road is looking for resourceful and proactive Volunteer to join our Real Estate & Property Practice.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Draft and prepare briefs, summaries, and legal updates on ongoing property projects.
Conduct field visits to property locations to gather accurate information, conduct site inspections, and verify property details.
Take clear, high quality photographs of properties, sites, and developments for documentation and project briefs.
Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and assist in sourcing potential real estate purchase and sale opportunities.
Assist in handling tenant and landlord matters, including lease inquiries, property dispute documentation, and communication.
Specifications and Qualifications
3rd-year undergraduate student majoring in Real Estate, Land Economics, or a related course.
Key Competencies
Strong written, verbal, and persuasive skills.
Excellent research, reporting, and analytical skills.
Basic photography skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
