VR-Learning Developer - Graduate at Alstom

Job Purpose


The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela's requirements and standards.


Key Responsibilities


Capture e-learning videos for corrective maintenance activities
Capture 3D videos from instructions using CATIA Composer
Merge training videos with Engineering instructions using available Easy Movies software
Manage work instructions with voice over software (hear instead of reading)
Create knowledge anchoring questions to for knowledge competency assessment
Merge special process videos with .pdf Work Instructions
Use 3D Juump software to capture 3D images for training instruction
Making equipment and software recommendations
Maintenance of e-learning courseware for various versions of the modules


Minimum Requirements


National Diploma in IT Multimedia Programming and Design /VR/AR Design or equivalent
No previous work experience
South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
Excellent communicate skills in English
MS Office literate
