Role Objective
Our client, a hospitality establishment, is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences through efficient service and excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure accurate order handling.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Collect customer feedback and perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
Proficiency in hotel or restaurant management software is an added advantage.
