Description


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter to provide excellent customer service in our restaurant/eatery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in a fast‑paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and make suitable recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar.
Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally, checking that presentation is correct.
Check guest satisfaction during and after meals and respond to complaints or special requests politely.
Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
Prepare checks, collect payments (cash or POS), and give correct change.
Assist with basic opening and closing duties as directed by the supervisor.


Requirements


Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a similar customer‑service role is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Ability to work on your feet for long hours in a busy setting.
Honest, respectful, and able to handle guests professionally, including difficult situations.
Basic understanding of hygiene and food‑service standards.
