Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
Take guest orders, explain menu items, and recommend daily specials.
Prepare and maintain restaurant service areas, including table setup and cleanliness.
Ensure timely service, guest satisfaction, and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Process guest bills and coordinate payments.
Promote and upsell the Centre's products and services.
Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care.
Qualifications
Certificate in Food and Beverage Sales and Service or a related field from a recognized institution.
At least two-years experience in a busy hospitality establishment.
Experience using hotel or restaurant management systems such as Hotel Plus POS, Micros Fidelio, Intersoft, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
