The Waiting Staff will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of meals from the kitchen to patients and for ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duty Station: Veteran Mission Hospital
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver meals to patient rooms according to dietary orders.
Ensure meals are served at appropriate temperatures and follow presentation standards.
Assist patients with meal-related needs where necessary.
Report any complaints or issues related to meals to the kitchen or nutrition team.
Maintain hygiene standards during meal service.
Support kitchen staff with clean-up and basic kitchen tasks when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in food service or hospitality is desirable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hygiene standards in food service.
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
