Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet patrons, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions to ensure a positive dining experience.
Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system, ensuring special dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
Service Delivery: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to tables efficiently, following proper etiquette and serving protocols.
Table Maintenance: Clean, clear, and reset tables promptly between services, maintaining sanitation standards.
Payment Handling: Prepare itemized bills, process payments (cash/credit), and handle transactions accurately.
Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
