Responsibilties
Greet guests politely and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained during service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests.
Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
Assist with room service and banquet events when needed.
Handle guest bills and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
