Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Recommend bakery products, beverages, and promotions to maximize sales.
Operate the POS/ERP system and process payments accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.
Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly presented.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Professional, energetic and team oriented
Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a waitress in a reputable bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using a Point of Sale POS/ ERP system is an added advantage.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
