Deliver high-quality dine-in service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers professionally.
Present menus and explain specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve meals and beverages promptly.
Check customer satisfaction during service.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Process payments when required.
Manage customer complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams.
