Responsibilties
Warehouse Operations:
Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for sensitive products.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Compliance:
Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for product traceability.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Provide training on safety protocols and handling procedures.
Health & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Implement measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
HND / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and distribution regulations.
2 - 5 years of warehouse management experience in a structured pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is required
Ability to prepare departmental standard operating procedures ( SOPs) is essential.
