Core Job Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Data Entry:
Verify quantity, model, and appearance against Purchase Orders (PO) before signing off; print and affix barcode labels, store goods in designated zones by category, and promptly update receiving data in the WMS to ensure physical-vs-system consistency.
Accurate Picking & Outbound Delivery:
Pick and double-check goods strictly per Sales Orders or Transfer Orders; coordinate with loaders to obtain driver's signature upon shipment; update outbound data promptly and file relevant documents to ensure zero delivery errors.
Inventory Custody & Environment Control:
Strictly implement the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) rule; maintain neat stacking and clear aisles in assigned areas; enforce dust-proof, moisture-proof, and fire-proof measures; conduct regular inspections and report abnormalities immediately.
Stock Taking & Account Reconciliation:
Participate in monthly full inventories and daily cycle counts; investigate discrepancies proactively; update bin cards and system inventory data daily to achieve "daily clearance," assisting in handling slow-moving or near-expiry stock.
Management & Safety Compliance:
Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas with tools returned to designated spots; strictly adhere to 5S standards and safety prohibitions (e.g., no smoking/open flames); proactively identify and report safety hazards while wearing required PPE correctly.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2-5 years experience.
