Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our daily fulfillment operations. As the leader of our warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring every order is picked, packed, and shipped with 100% accuracy.
You will manage a team of associates, optimize our warehouse layout for maximum speed, and ensure that our inventory records match the physical reality on our shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of fulfillment officers to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals.
Oversee the entire workflow of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely customer delivery.
Execute regular cycle counts and audits to maintain high inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Enforce strict health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and ensure all equipment, such as forklifts, is maintained and operated safely.
Monitor and report on core warehouse KPIs, including Order Picking Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock time, and Labor Productivity.
Implement 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to optimize space utilization and reduce order cycle times.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within a high-volume e-commerce or FMCG environment.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems and inventory software.
Must be able to lift up to 25kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
Forklift operator certification is often required; OSHA safety training is a major plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and top management.
Experience in automated sorting or picking systems
Background in lean warehousing and process optimization
