Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of our products.
This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline operations, and manage the warehouse team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.
Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and team morale.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
Address and resolve any warehouse-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
