Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent and detailoriented Warehouse Officer to join our Supply team. In this role, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. You will play a key role in ensuring timely stock availability to support production and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bin card records and ensure alignment with physical stock at all times
Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in line with cGMP requirements
Implement FIFO/FEFO principles to minimize waste and prevent stock obsolescence
Manage receipt and issuance of materials and finished goods, ensuring proper documentation
Prepare and share inventory and stock reports as required
Ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs and company policies
Verify and process documents such as GRNs, invoices, packing lists, CoA, and release documentation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse
Support monthly and annual stocktaking exercises
Conduct inventory reconciliation between system records and physical counts
Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless operations
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements
HND in Purchasing & Supply or any related discipline
Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in an FMCG environment
Proven track record of efficiency and accuracy in previous roles
