Job Summary
The Warehouse Pickup Representative is responsible for handling the preparation, verification, and release of goods for pickup.
This role ensures that all items are accurately picked, properly documented, and handed over to customers, drivers, or dispatch personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process pickup requests from customers or internal departments
Locate and pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications
Verify the accuracy of items picked (quantity, quality, and description)
Prepare goods for pickup (packaging, labeling, and documentation)
Maintain proper records of all outgoing items and pickups
Coordinate with dispatch, inventory, and customer service teams
Assist customers or drivers during the pickup process
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
Keep the pickup area clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory handling is an advantage
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Physical fitness (ability to lift and move items when necessary)
Attention to detail and accuracy
