Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming goods against supplier delivery notes or purchase orders.
Inspect incoming products for quality, expiry dates, damage, or defects, and promptly report any issues.
Accurately record all received items in the Odoo WMS, ensuring all relevant documentation (deliverynotes, QCreports)is properly filed.
Label stock with barcodes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product identifiers.
Store goods in designated zones (dry, fragile, chilled) and adhere to FIFO/FEFO stock management principles.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to schedule deliveries, manage returns, and respond to priority stock needs.
Manage inventory and stock organization
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration , or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within the hospitality, food, or fresh produce sector.
Hands-on experience using ERP/WMS systems — proficiency in Odoo is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
