Role Overview
The Warehouse / Spares Officer will manage inventory, spare parts, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory logs
Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with the procurement team on stock replenishment
Ensure proper handling and storage of spare parts and equipment
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse
Prepare inventory and stock status reports as required
Requirements
OND or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or spares management
Basic inventory control and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow processes
