Job Description
Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, representing the Wealth & Investment offering, building its profile and reputation as a high-quality service offering. Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth client accounts providing advice and relationship support ensuring optimal service, integrating all Stanbic Bank products, services and resources to ensure that their needs are met. Achieve the defined revenue targets through the retention of, and acquisition of new business.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field
Professional Certifications: Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment
Experience Required
8-10 years
The role requires client facing banking experience in private banking/private wealth/investment banking/commercial banking, with a good understanding of operational and administrative processes as well as risk and compliance standards and with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and problem resolution.
Demonstrated experience in wealth management, investment advisory, and global financial markets, with a strong understanding of asset classes, portfolio construction, diversification strategies, risk management, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to interpret market developments and translate complex investment concepts into actionable insights and tailored recommendations for high-net-worth clients.
Extensive experience managing affluent and high-net-worth client relationships, with the ability to develop a holistic understanding of clients' financial situations, including business interests, assets and liabilities, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, succession planning, and legacy objectives. Skilled in identifying client needs and providing comprehensive wealth solutions aligned to their long-term financial goals and family aspirations.
