Responsibilities
Operating Equipment: Safely operate a wheel loader to move, load, and unload materials.
Loading and Unloading :Load materials into trucks, hoppers, or stockpiles as required by the project.
Transporting Materials: Transport materials from one location to another within the site.
Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites by moving dirt or other materials to level the ground.
Maintenance and Care: Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on the wheel loader, ensuring that it is improper working order.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Working with Team: Coordinate with site supervisors, other equipment operators, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of the material moved, equipment usage, and any maintenance activities.
Monitoring Conditions: Ensure that the wheel loader is operating efficiently and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
