The consultancy will focus on four core areas:
Strengthening technical training systems, including curriculum refinement and a train-the-trainer approach for field agents and technicians
Leadership capability and execution alignment for a small senior management team
Strengthening operating rhythm and performance tracking practices
Refinement of onboarding and core people-management processes
We are particularly interested in consultants with practical experience supporting operational or field-based teams, and who combine strong design capability with hands-on implementation.
