KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate workshop team
Plan and monitor production schedules

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in soft furnishings or home textiles
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good knowledge of sewing/production processes
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
