Responsibilities:


Oversee and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Provide leadership and guidance to sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement sales forecasts and budget plans
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and success of sales initiatives
Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote products and services
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings and events
