About this programme
The Y'ello Mums Reintegration Programme is a one-year initiative designed to support career-oriented mothers as they transition back into the workforce, following a career break due to childbirth or caring for a sick child or children.
The programme provides participants with a structured and supportive pathway to rebuild professional experience, strengthen their capabilities and successfully reintegrate into the workplace.
Who we are looking for
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional work experience acquired before commencing their career break.
In addition, applicants must hold a relevant professional certification or provide verifiable evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) e.g. recent training, professional courses, industry-related learning programmes, or other recognised development activities relevant to their profession or area of expertise.
