Key performance areas
Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Supervise and support learners during class, playtime and meal breaks.
Help learners with educational activities, personal care and classroom routines.
Prepare and organise teaching materials and classroom resources.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised learning environment.
Monitor learner behaviour and report any concerns to the teacher.
Assist with attendance records, classroom administration and school events.
Qualifications, experience and skills
South African youth between 18 and 34 years old.
Must be previously unemployed.
Qualification in BED Intermediate Qualification
Living close to the Curro school you're applying for.
Afrikaans ability would be beneficial
Passion for working with children, patient, and committed to growth.
