Key performance areas
Assist with Coaching Sessions Support senior coaches in planning and running practices, ensuring learners are engaged and improving their skills.
Learner Participation & Motivation Encourage learners to attend practices and matches, building enthusiasm and team spirit.
Event & Fixture Support Help with setting up sports fields, equipment, and logistics for matches, tournaments, and festivals.
Team Management Assistance Assist with tracking attendance, recording results, and ensuring learners are correctly dressed and prepared.
Community & Parent Engagement Support communication of fixtures, results, and events to parents and the school community.
Coach Development Learn from experienced coaches, attend training workshops, and apply new skills to improve coaching ability.
Administration Support Help with basic admin tasks such as responding to emails, updating schedules, and maintaining records.
School Ethos & Values Promote Curro's ethos and values through professional behaviour, reliability, and teamwork.
Qualifications, experience and skills
South African youth between 18 and 34 years old.
Must be previously unemployed.
The range starts from R 5 241,00 - R 6 000,00
Qualification in Sports Management, Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.
Living close to the Curro school you're applying for.
Available and willing to work a fixed term 12-month contract
Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented.
