Tourplan rate loading, checking and general administration.
Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants


KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:


A willingness and aptitude to learn
General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
Strong numerical ability


SKILLS REQUIRED:


Attention to detail
Systems orientated
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Time and task management


PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


Tourism related qualification or related field experience
Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.

Must have Matric or a higher qualification
Must not have been apart of a Y4Y programme previously
