Key Responsibility Areas:
Controls, assesses and issues hoarding permits, and encroachment permits.
Controls and issues refunds on building applications.
Raises any outstanding accounts due to the Division.
Controls damage to street deposit.
Performs administrative duties.
Liaises with internal and external staff, members of the public and developers.
Maintains strict confidentiality on all concerned.
Maintains correct data on the IT tracking and document management system.
Assists with the generation, collection, collation of information for statistical reporting purposes.
Contributes to the Branch, Division and Directorate Performance Management Plan.
Undertakes related assignments and duties as may be required to deliver Branch, Division and Directorate outputs.
Essential Requirements:
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
2 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
