The Selling Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Train, mentor, and coach sales team members
Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to develop pricing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
Previous experience managing a sales team preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license
