Key Responsibility Areas:
Undertaking supervisory duties.
Performing administrative duties.
Responsible for plumbing projects by administering the workflow of payment for labour base contractors.
Ensure and monitor that travel arrangements are made timeously and budget are strictly adhered to.
Conduct investigation on overclaims and poor workmanship, complaints and queries emanating from other sections of general public.
Deputing senior assistant.
Undertaking related assignments
Essential Requirements:
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in the Administration field.
Valid motor vehicle driving license
3 years relevant experience
Preferred Requirements:
Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration field.
4 Years relevant experience.
