3PL Management (Forwarding Courier) at Kilimall

Key Responsibilities


Efficiently oversee and manage transactions which include On Time Courier delivery, Follow up and analysis.
Record & Update Data for all Lost and Damaged in transit.
Initiate Weekly progress monitoring with respective 3PL Providers.
Clear Abnormal undelivered tasks within 3 days of assignment.
Provide solutions on improving forward services to consumers.


Qualifications


Diploma in any related course. (Experience in Logistics is an added advantage)
A strong understanding of the logistics & transportation industry, including knowledge of delivery routes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead & manage 3PL providers, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
