3PL Management Officers(Reverse Courier) at Kilimall

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Performance & Behavior Monitoring - Keep track of Courier performance,progress & Customer Approach.
Reduced Lead Time-By daily follow up of dispatched orders.
Return Rate Ensure on time collection & return of aftersale orders for processing.
Monitor aftersales from KS from order collection to order arrival at warehouse per assigned region.
On Time Receive reverse logistics parcels from couriers at the Sorting Center.
System Processing & Scanning of reverse orders within 24hrs.
Prepare processed return orders for Aftersales handover
Coordinate with Aftersales and courier teams for abnormal resolution within 48hrs.


REQUIREMENTS


Diploma in any related course. (Experience in Logistics is an added advantage)
A strong understanding of the logistics & transportation industry, including knowledge of delivery routes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead & manage 3PL providers, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
