Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out preventive maintenance of air conditioners.
Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
Repairs faulty air conditioners.
Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of air conditioners.
Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the air conditioners.
Troubleshoot air conditioners malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on air conditioner.
Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
Make minor installations.
Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Requirements
Qualified personnel should have a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Trade test or relevant field.
Basic work experience on the Air Conditioner repairs and maintenance
Well familiar with various types of Air Conditioners.
