Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development


Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
Conduct consultative sales conversations, from prospecting to deal closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Client Relationship Management


Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to grow key accounts.


Collaboration


Work with Pre-Sales Engineers for solution scoping and tailored demonstrations.
Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Operations to execute go-to-market plans.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or CX technology.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple countries is an advantage.
