Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Support
Onboard new partners and ensure full understanding of RightCom solutions and sales processes.
Design and execute partner training, certification, and performance monitoring programs.
Operational Excellence
Coordinate partner agreements, incentive programs, and reporting cycles.
Maintain accurate partner data and performance dashboards.
Collaboration
Work with Marketing and Sales to co-develop campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams for escalations or support needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in partner/channel operations or sales coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, etc).
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on partner performance.
