The Account Executive - Digital Performance supports the client services team in delivering digital performance marketing campaigns. The role assists with project coordination, campaign administration, and day-to-day client communication while gaining exposure to digital marketing channels and best practices. Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Support Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
Attend client meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Respond to client requests promptly and escalate issues where appropriate.
Build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Campaign Coordination
Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with internal specialist teams (Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative and Analytics).
Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Help ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with digital specialists, designers, developers and content teams.
Support internal planning sessions and campaign reviews.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
Marketing
Digital Marketing
Communications
Advertising
Business Management
or a related field.
Experience
0 - 2 years' experience in a marketing, advertising or digital agency environment.
Passion for digital marketing and performance media.
Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
