Role Purpose
The Account Manager manages assigned client accounts, maintains strong client relationships, ensures effective communication between clients and internal teams, coordinates project delivery, tracks campaign performance against client KPIs, and supports client growth through upselling, cross-selling, RFPs and proposals.
Tier-Based Involvement
Supports Tier 1; owns and leads Tier 2 execution and planning; provides support to juniors for Tier 3.
Key Responsibilities
Quality control of all client-facing work before delivery.
Client communication and weekly meetings for assigned accounts.
RFPs and proposals with the goal of client satisfaction and growth.
Strategy creation, including 5Cs trends, research and target audience analysis.
Point of escalation for Account Executives.
Handling complex briefs including campaigns and DAGs.
Billing coordination through Zoho and Monday.com.
Competitor analysis and client account support.
Managing day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and developing strong client relationships.
Monitoring and tracking campaign performance against client KPIs and providing regular updates.
