We are seeking a dynamic Account (Sales) Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key public sector clients. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the (Public) sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and other opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation.
Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Generate and keep prospective client databases updated.
Make cold calls for new business leads.
Support in writing new business proposals.
Maintain high knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related ÃÂïÃÂìÃÂÃÂeld from a recognized tertiary institution.
5+ years of public and or enterprise sales experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding and experience working with the Software & Cloud services industry
Strong Sales desire and business acumen
Previous account management experience
