Job Responsibilities
partnering with the HR team to process accurate, timely monthly payroll for clients or internal staff, including managing deductions.
Generating invoices for HR services (recruitment, consulting) and managing client billing, ensuring payments are received.
reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring tax compliance.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàManaging company expenses, processing vendor payments, and ensuring all outgoing invoices are approved and accurate.
Job Requirements*
Must have proven experience as an Accounts Officer (mandatory).
preparing financial statements, report sheets, profit/loss reports to provide insights of management.
software proficiency (e.g., Quickbooks) and Microsoft Excel.
strong analytical skills to analyze financial data.
highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing.
