Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries, and reconciliation of bank statement;
Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable to ensure smooth cash flow;
Monitor invoices receipts and bank transaction for accuracy and compliance;
Support preparation of financial statements;
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance;
Claiming of HMO Bill;
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions to support internal and external audits.
Assist in remittance of statutory deduction such as PAYE, VAT, Pension contribution
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.


Requirements


B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2 - 4 years accounting experience (Healthcare experience is an advantage)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Good understanding of accounting principles
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
