Responsibilities
Ensuring the cleanliness of the front office and the general hospital by directing the cleaner as necessary;
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient workflow;
Maintain accurate records, files, and documents while ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of information, Ensuring daily auditing of case notes;
Drafting of letters, memos, medical reports, bills and other correspondence;
Ensuring that the hospital maintains adequate inventories for effective operation;
Seeing to the adherence of the staffto their assigned roles, assignments and compliance with the standard operating procedure of Ladkem Eye Hospital;
Liaise with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) for better services, referrals and prompt payments of bills;
Liaise with the account officer that HMO bills are prepared and dispatched promptly;
Monitoring and maintain computer system, network, website, UPS, photocopier, scanners and other equipment thereby ensuring they are always in good working condition;
Liaise with the Corporate Affairs Manager in handling some listed responsibilities for proper guidance;
Ensuring proper management of the social media accounts of the organization, including X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Tik-Tok and others;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
2 - 3 years relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Graphics Suite.
