Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and proper documentation of all transactions.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax filings.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to support business decision-making.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for financial and statutory records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, with specific experience in leasing, banking, and insurance.
Strong understanding of vehicle leasing models, financial reporting, and credit risk analysis.
Proven experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating with financial institutions.
Excellent knowledge of insurance processes and the ability to negotiate with insurance providers.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Kenyan financial regulations and leasing laws.
