Accountant

The accountant manages financial records, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and provides insights to support business decision-making. With 3-5 years of experience, this role requires advanced expertise in financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Budget management: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditure against forecasts. Tax compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax laws. Audit support: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation. Accounts reconciliation: Review and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts. Financial analysis: Provide insights on cost control, profitability, and cash flow. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
