Role Objective:
Our client, operating within a workshop setting, is looking to engage an Accounts Attachee who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions. The role provides an opportunity to support daily financial operations while building practical skills in a dynamic environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily financial activities, including income and expenditure
Enter financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets with precision
Assist in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expense documentation
Support the management of accounts payable and receivable records
Participate in bank and ledger reconciliations as required
Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents, both digital and physical
Prepare basic financial documents such as vouchers and purchase orders
Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting
Assist in simple budgeting and cash flow monitoring tasks
Carry out basic financial reviews and gather data as guided by supervisors
Provide documentation support during audit processes
Help ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
Perform general administrative support tasks within the finance office
Undertake any additional duties assigned from time to time
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
CPA Foundation Level or Intermediate Level
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
